These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DisplayCache digital signage platform, including our website, web administration panel, and device applications (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, cache, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you and your registered devices.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and display all content you upload, including proper licenses for copyrighted images, videos, music, and other media. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is determined by the number of connected devices and any add-on features. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.
Devices are paired to your account using a one-time pairing code. You are responsible for the physical security of your devices. If a device is lost, stolen, or compromised, you should remove it from your account immediately through the web admin panel.
Content is cached locally on each registered device. You are responsible for the physical security of cached content on your devices.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that significantly affect your use of the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 60 days' notice and assist with data export.
Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by DisplayCache and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described here.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DisplayCache shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DisplayCache from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the web admin panel. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Henderson County, North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
