DisplayCache ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our digital signage platform, including our website, web administration panel, and device applications (collectively, the "Service").
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. If you sign in via Google or Microsoft, we receive basic profile information from those providers.
Payment Information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
Content. You may upload images, videos, and other media to the Service. This content is stored in cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and cached on your registered devices. We do not access, review, or use your content for any purpose other than delivering the Service.
Device Information. When a device (Apple TV, iPad, Mac, Android TV, Raspberry Pi, Intel NUC, or Amazon Fire TV) connects to the Service, we collect:
Usage Data. We collect basic usage data such as when devices check in and when content is updated. We do not track what content is displayed or when.

Cloud Infrastructure. Account data is stored in databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Uploaded content is stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage with encryption at rest.
Device Caching. Content that you assign to a device is downloaded and stored locally on that device's storage. This cached content remains on the device until it is replaced by updated content or the device is unpaired. Cached content is not accessible to other applications on the device.
Retention. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and all uploaded content within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
